Born in Kuwait in 1986 I was an expatriate for 13 years before returning to Britain to study at Royal Holloway (University of London) in 2004. After completing my BA in Media Arts I went on to pursue the start of my career in London. As a Runner at the Moving Picture Company in Soho I gained many core production skills necessary for a career in film and broadcasting including an intimate knowledge in the art of coffee making.

During this time myself, Sebastian Cowan and Nicholas Biggs – two friends from Royal Holloway established Push It Films, a ‘film band’ producing Internet shorts, virals and music videos. Our latest internet shorts; ‘swedes’ which are micro budget remakes of Jurassic Park and The Dark Knight, inspired by Michael Gondry’s “Be Kind Rewind”, have gained exposure across international festivals, publications as far as Toronto, and appearances in Total Film and Empire Magazine.
Push It Films has made a 2 minute featurette on Sweded films for Channel Five’s ‘Live from Studio Five’ including a 30 second remake of King Kong, and I am currently working on a behind the scenes Vlog for my upcoming spoof – Star Trek. Push It Films continues to be a great creative outlet alongside my freelance employment, where I am gaining as much on-set experience as possible.
When I’m not working with Push It Films I am a freelance storyboard artist, examples of my work can be found in the Artwork section of this website. There is also a selection of movies going all the way back to my university shorts in the videos section.
Look our for my latest uploads in the coming month!
